To determine whether a planet should be considered out of bounds we must consider its declination, the distance in degrees, north or south, it occupies to the celestial equator.

Per verificare la declinazione di un pianeta sarà sufficiente consultare delle effemeridi complete o un software astrologico che riporti queste coordinate.
